An easy and quick solution to keeping your bones strong and healthy, improving your balance and joint health! The main focus - building bone steadily - is a huge win, but they also offer other ‘modalities’ for health and wellbeing improvements - red light therapy rooms, massage hydro table, (you don’t get wet), and more esoteric things like PEMT. You can even check it out for free! I’m feeling much stronger already and the back pain I had been experiencing is more rare, and less severe. Can’t wait to see the results of my next bone density scan!
