About a year ago, Wood Street resided our 20 year old home. The crew worked diligently and with a great attitude. It was the first week of January and the temperature was 8 degrees outside. A crew member knocked on the door to inform me a sheathing board under the housewrap was wet. (I work from home and was on site most of the time.) They asked me if I wanted it to be replaced. I appreciated being told about the problem, and they took care of it the next day. Several months later, we built a pole barn garage and asked Wood Street to side the garage to match the house. With both projects, David kept me informed about the schedule as things progressed. I valued being kept informed. While the garage project was going, there were a couple of maintenance items related to the house residing from a year earlier. David had the maintenance items promptly taken care of.

He had great ideas from the start, made sure we got the best price on materials, and was very easy to work with throughout the design process. Wood Street replaced our siding, roof, helped build a new porch, and replaced a couple windows. We were very happy with all the results.

Very professional work. We had an issue with a window leaking and moldy siding underneath. After talking with David a few times and understanding better the source of the problem, David gave us a reasonable quote and he and his crew arrived in our place a few weeks later. They were prompt and professional and completed the quality work in one day (in addition to fix another leaking issue next to our patio door). Thank you guys!

From the first contact I made, I have been extremely impressed with Wood Street Builders. The receptionist was very warm and welcoming on the phone. David, the owner, was very professional when he came out to inspect my siding to do an estimate, and everything was explained very clearly. The crew led by Paco was totally amazing and very accommodating if I had to leave for anything. We saw no corners cut, and they were very quick to tell me when they found problems and discussed options with us.
